These Terms govern your download, access, and use of Blaze Patrol. By using the game, you agree to these Terms and the Blaze Patrol Privacy Policy. If you are under the age at which you may enter a contract where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.
1. Permission to use the game
Callisto Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Blaze Patrol on supported devices for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained it.
2. Accounts and connected services
Some features use Google Play Games Services, including sign-in, leaderboards, achievements, and Saved Games. Your use of those features is also governed by Google's terms. You are responsible for your device and connected account and should not allow unauthorized access.
3. Virtual items, scores, and rewards
Scores, experience points, coins, power-ups, achievements, and other in-game items are part of the game experience. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not transferable unless Callisto Studios expressly provides a feature that allows it.
Callisto Studios may correct, reset, or remove scores, progress, rewards, or leaderboard entries affected by an error, exploit, unauthorized software, manipulation, or abuse.
4. Advertising
Blaze Patrol may display advertisements, including rewarded ads that offer an optional in-game benefit after a completed ad. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Ads are delivered through third-party services, and their content and technical delivery may be subject to those providers' policies.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- copy, sell, rent, redistribute, or commercially exploit the game except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- reverse engineer, bypass security, interfere with services, or use cheats, bots, modified clients, or unauthorized tools;
- manipulate scores, rewards, achievements, saved data, ads, or leaderboard results;
- use the game to violate law, infringe another person's rights, or harm another person or system; or
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the game, its services, or another player's account or data.
6. Ownership
Blaze Patrol, including its software, game design, artwork, audio, text, branding, and other content, is owned by Callisto Studios or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you permission to use the game; they do not transfer ownership.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, balance, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the game, address security or legal requirements, or respond to service changes. Internet features, advertisements, cloud saves, leaderboards, and achievements depend on third-party services and may sometimes be unavailable.
8. Privacy
The Blaze Patrol Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use the game or contact us.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blaze Patrol is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or that progress or connected features will never be lost. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Callisto Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, Blaze Patrol. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Blaze Patrol at any time. We may suspend access to connected features or terminate this license if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the game or its services, or where suspension is reasonably necessary for security or legal compliance.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the game, its services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
13. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any mandatory platform terms, form the agreement relating to your use of Blaze Patrol.
